Enrolments

Get step-by-step information on how to find, enrol, and start a child in your care at a school in Victoria and where the government can help, is available on the Victorian government website.


To enrol your child at our school:

    • Make an enquiry – If you would like to discuss your child’s enrolment, please contact our office on (03) 5623 4066 and ask to speak to Sue Carter (Enrolment & transition support).


    • Book an enrolment meeting and tour – Have a tour of the school and meet with member of our leadership team, responsible for enrolments and transition. This also allows for families to share any information we may need to know to best support your child at WNPS.


    • Submit your enrolment forms – Please return your enrolment forms to the school office via email or in person. Don’t forget to bring your required documents including; birth certificate, immunisation certificate, medical plans etc. Please also let us know if there are any medical requirements, additional needs, external agency involvement etc. this ensures a child focused transition process and enable us to provide any additional supports that may be required. Foundation (Prep) Enrolments - 2027 Enrolments open now

WNPS has a comprehensive Foundation transition program, with our future Foundation students participating in multiple transition sessions, meeting their teachers and peers.

Foundation 2027 Step into Storytime sessions start term 2 and Early Bird Foundation Transition beginning in term 3.


The Department of Education (DE) has a state-wide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline. The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Warragul North Primary School.

Our school uses the Department of Education’s secure digital enrolment system called VicStudents. This means you can submit your Foundation (Prep) application online and receive updates through the system. If you have any questions about the online enrolment process, please contact our school.

School Zones

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.


Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
